The Okura Prestige Bangkok's Michelin-starred Elements restaurant is to host a special 8-course Louis Roederer Champagne dinner on Jan 17.

Sterling dishes to be paired with a fine selection of bubbly from one of France's oldest independent family-run Champagne houses include oyster 'La Luna' and Japanese Fruit de Mer; organic garden salad; lobster and seabass; Hokkaido scallops with foie gras; langoustine with kumquat and Japanese curry; a selection of French AOC cheese with condiments; and a dessert platter of white chocolate with raspberries, yuzu and violet sorbet.
The dinner starts at 6.30pm and is priced at 7,500 baht per person.
