70k people watch Dancing on Ice star Christopher Dean share his hilarious lockdown routine

What do you do when you're a world class ice skating legend living in lockdown away from the rink?

Improvise of course!

Christopher Dean, one half of Nottingham's Olympic winning duo, is keeping his moves sharp and himself fit by bringing his skating inside.

Sharing his hilarious spoof routine on the Twitter account he manages with Jayne Torvill, the 61-year-old Calverton native can be seen drinking a cup of coffee, dusting the dining room, hoovering the hallway, working out and even taking a shower, all while wearing a pair of roller blades.

Opening with Chris leaping out of bed in a purple onesie emblazoned with his name, the Dancing on Ice star says: "This is how I stay fit. Now some people may say I'm a little obsessive. I just think I'm committed myself. So let's get to it."

Nearly 70,000 people have now watched the 106 second clip, garnering more than 2,000 and scores of comments - including some from a few fellow celebs.

TV presenter Cheryl Baker said: "You're insane" while actress Hayley Tamaddon added: "Oh this is brilliant".
