The Arizona Cardinals are expected to be active in free agency when it begins in March. But with football still going on in the playoffs, fans can see some potential targets the Cardinals could have.
The Seattle Seahawks and Green Bay Packers play in the final divisional game of the weekend and between the two teams, there are a number of pending free agents the Cardinals might want to add.
Let’s check them out.
Packers OT Bryan Bulaga

Bulaga is 31 years old but is one of the best options on the market at right tackle. He might not command the amount of money that a younger player like Jack Conklin might, but he would upgrade the position immediately.
One concern — durability. He did not miss a game in 2019 but missed two in 2018 and 11 in 2017.
Packers OLB Kyler Fackrell

Fackrell grew up on Mesa, Arizona so he could return home like Terrell Suggs and so many other players have the last couple of seasons. Only this time, Fackrell is young. He had a down year in 2019, picking up only one sack but is one season removed from having 10.5 sacks, 12 tackles for loss and 12 quarterback hits in 2018.
He won’t command a large contract and could provide potentially some high-end production.
Packers ILB Blake Martinez

If the Cardinals really want to make a splash at linebacker, they could pair Jordan Hicks with Martinez. All he has done is have at least 140 tackles each of the last three seasons. He had 155 tackles this year to go with three sacks, an interception and a forced fumble.
He will cost a lot but the combo of Hicks and Martinez would potentially be one of the best duos in the league.
Seahawks DE Jadeveon Clowney

Clowney would be the big prize of free agency but pairing him with Chandler Jones would be fierce. Clowney is a disruptive pass rusher and elite as a run defender.
He would cost the Cardinals a ton of money and a lot of years.
Seahawks OT Germain Ifedi

The former first-round pick has often been viewed as a disappointment but has managed to start 60 games in four seasons. He is a very good run blocker and can have issues in pass protection. He was penalized 13 times in 2019.
Seahawks DL Quinton Jefferson

Jefferson has started 24 games over the last two seasons and is a solid interior player. He had 3.5 sacks this year and three in 2018. His production has been roughly what Darius Philon had the two years before the Cardinals inked him to a contract last offseason.
Seahawks DL Jarran Reed

Reed is the beast of the interior for Seattle. He will cost a lot. He had 10.5 sacks in 2018. His production dipped to only two sacks this past season but he was suspended the first six games of the season.
