7 2019 fantasy football punishments that will remind you to avoid finishing last

No one likes finishing last in anything, but in certain fantasy football leagues, you REALLY, REALLY don’t want to finish last.

For a third consecutive year, we’ve compiled some pretty awful punishments for finishing in last in fantasy football, just to motivate you not to be the final owner in the standings.

In years past, we’ve seen players be forced to take the SATs or ACTs, stand by a road with a sad sign and/or t-shirt, eat something gross, and run a 5K in a giant mascot head, which is an underrated punishment.

Here are some we found ahead of the 2019 season:
