65 students from Kerala test positive; taking action in this regard: Karnataka health minister K Sudhakar

BENGALURU: A day after more than 65 students from Kerala tested positive for Covid-19 in a college in Kolar, Karnataka health minister K Sudhakar assured "action" .

"We are taking action in this regard," ANI quoted him as saying on Thursday.

The minister added, "Yesterday, we administered almost 12 lakh doses of the Covid-19 vaccine in a single day. We have directed administrations of border districts to achieve 100 per cent vaccination coverage in villages lying within 20km area of the state border with Kerala."
