6 of the creepiest 2022 college bowl mascots, including the Potato Bowl’s giant, smiling potato

Everyone loves a good mascot, right? They’re fun, they liven up games, goof with fans and are generally a good addition to sports.

But there are also creepy mascots. And while they do all of the above to bring us enjoyment, there’s also a “GAHHHHHHHHH!” factor.

That’s what we’re here to talk about. College football bowl season is fully upon us and all of the hoopla that comes with it, from food items dumped on winning coaches to future NFLers skipping them.

That also includes mascots created specifically for the bowls themselves. And some of them are SO SO CREEPY.
