The workload profile also needs failure thresholds. A team might require at least 95 percent completed requests for priority destinations, a defined maximum latency, and a fixed limit for incorrect regional responses.

A Production-Style Pilot

Manual testing of a few pages does not represent a commercial deployment. A useful pilot runs against real destinations, priority regions, representative concurrency, and the same browser or API tools planned for production.
