Ranging from the $318,000 McLaren 750S to the $4.6 million Bugatti Tourbillon, it might have been a dream read for the average gearhead, but for the multi-millionaire or billionaire, it was simply another auto catalog.

When it comes to rides, the ultra-wealthy covet rarities, small-batch wonders and one-of-a-kind custom jobs. Here are some of the most unique roadsters owned by some very prosperous persons.

Larry Ellison’s McLaren F1

  • Valued at: $23 Million

A favorite among the rich and the ultra rich, including British actor Rowan Atkinson, fashion designer Ralph Lauren and musician Eric Clapton, the F1 paved the way for the future of supercars upon production in 1992. To be fair, Ellison was the first of four owners of “Chassis no. 62,” which, according to Sotheby’s, went to auction during the 2025 Monterey Car Week for a reported $23 million.

Cristiano Ronaldo’s Bugatti Centodieci

  • Valued at: $9 Million

Cristiano Ronaldo is the owner of one of the most exclusive supercars in the world, the limited-to-10 Bugatti Centodieci. According to CarBuzz, this potent hypercar is equipped with an 8.0-liter W16 quad-turbo engine capable of producing 1,600 horsepower, takes 2.4 seconds to go from 0 to 62 mph and has a top speed of 236 mph.

The Sultan of Brunei’s Rolls Royce Silver Spur II

  • Valued at: $14 Million

Sultan Hassanal Bolkiah owns 7,000 vehicles worth over $5 billion, including prototypes, custom builds and rarities. The royal family owns the largest collection of Rolls-Royces in the world. Among these is the famous 24-carat gold-plated Silver Spur II from the Sultan’s wedding. According to Supercar Blondie, it is valued at $14 million. The bespoke Silver Spur is has unique upgrades, including a special canopied seating section where the trunk is normally located on any regular car.

Jay Leno’s Duesenberg Walker Coupe

  • Valued at: $20 Million

Comedian Jay Leno is the world’s most famous celebrity car collector. His garage houses some of the most impressive vehicles on the planet, including Bugattis, Lamborghinis and McLarens. His 1994 F1 is worth a reported $20 million, but so is his 1934 Duesenberg Walker Coupe, which is the only one of its kind, according to Jalopnik. The coupe is a time capsule of luxury.

Horacio Pagani’s Zonda HP Barchetta

  • Valued at: $17 Million

Of the three Zondas produced, two were sold to the public. The third was kept by the manufacturer’s owner himself, Horacio Pagani. His HP Barchetta boasts a 7.3-liter naturally aspirated V-12 engine that can produce around 790 brake horsepower and has a distinctive, roofless design with blue tinted carbon fiber, tartan plaid interior and a roof air scoop, per Road & Track.

Elon Musk’s ‘James Bond’ Lotus Esprit

  • Valued at: $1 Million

Not necessarily the pinnacle of luxury, Musk’s $1 million Lotus Esprit has cachet to burn. The world’s richest person bought the iconic “submarine” car famously featured in the 1977 James Bond film “The Spy Who Loved Me” in 2013. As The Guardian reported at the time, Musk planned on transforming the vehicle with a Tesla electric powertrain, however, as of today, it remains a fun film prop.
