The Arizona Cardinals have turned over the roster severely in this offseason. Trying to erase the memory of 2018 means getting rid of a lot of the players who contributed to its failure.
Who are some Cardinals who had a solid place on the roster before this year whose spot is in jeopardy this year?
WR Chad Williams

Williams was a promising third-round pick who showed little in the way of production in his first two seasons. With the addition of three receivers in the draft, Kevin White and Damiere Byrd, as well as a new coaching staff who did not bring him in, Williams appears to be on his way out.
CB Brandon Williams

The experiment of Williams as a cornerback never came around. Many fans are fed up with him. The cornerback room looks much different now and unless special teams coach Jeff Rodgers insists he stay because of his special teams contributions, Williams will likely not make the team.
S Rudy Ford

Ford has made a name for himself for his special teams play. He is in the same boat as Brandon Williams. The starters at safety are set. Josh Shaw was brought in for defensive coordinator Vance Joseph and has been moved to safety. They drafted Deionte Thompson. Will they be able to keep five safeties?
RB T.J. Logan

Yet another third-year player drafted by the Bruce Arians regime appears on the list. He was buried on the depth chart a year ago. The running back room is wide open after David Johnson and Chase Edmonds, so if D.J. Foster and one of the undrafted kids show promise, Logan could be on the wrong side of final cuts.
WR Trent Sherfield

Sherfield was a favorite of the last coaching staff. He worked his way up the depth chart and played well on special teams. He is determined to start in Week 1. However, there will be a numbers game at receiver and he does represent 2018 still, so he will have to shine to make the team this year.
OL Korey Cunningham

Cunningham showed promise as a seventh-round pick last year. However, he was only a seventh-round pick and is coming off a broken foot. The Cardinals brought in Desmond Harrison and drafted Joshua Miles. Plus, Rees Odhiambo has gotten some looks at tackle. There is no guarantee Cunningham makes the team.
