Like the Titans, the Indianapolis Colts, Jacksonville Jaguars and Houston Texans are all in the midst of Phase 3 of organized team activities (OTAs), giving us a look at some of the newest members of all three franchises.
The Texans managed to make headlines this week by angering their media members, the conversation around the Jags has been dominated by Tim Tebow, and Indianapolis’ new quarterback continues to get situated.
