BHOPAL: A total of 55 new Covid-19 cases were reported in the state on Friday.
And against these 55 new covid-19 cases, only 31 people recovered from the disease.
Thus the number of active patients increased from 236 on May 19 to 260 on May 20. From 136 active cases on March 31, there are now 260 active cases. Thus in a litte more than one and a half months active cases have increased by more than 90% in the state. A couple of days ago on May 16, it was after 2 months that number of active patients in the state crossed 250 mark as 262 active patients were reported.
New infections were reported from 18 of the 52 districts of the state.
