52 NI musicians create stunning lockdown version of You'll Never Walk Alone for NHS and keyworkers

It took a month of rehearsals and plenty of dedication to hit all the right notes.

But that's what 52 musicians have done from the isolation of their own homes.

And there's not a key out of place as The Londonderry Bands Forum plays the full version of You'll Never Walk Alone in honour of NHS and keyworkers.

From the youngest, eight-year-old Annalise Galbraith to the oldest,  John Cairns, every one of the musicians had a vital part to play.

And from their kitchens, sitting rooms and a bedroom, the result is stunning.

The band members are from 12 different bands from across Northern Ireland.

Co-ordinator Stephen Porter said: "It was a fantastic effort and we're very happy with the result.

"We started rehearsing about a month ago and we had helpfrom Nigel Edgar who gave each of us a sound file which we could play with so we had the right temp.

"While it played in our ear, we played along with it so each video could be edited together. We love the effect and we hope everyone."

These talented musicians are Christopher Anderson, Fiona Armstrong, Gillian Bryson, John Cairns, Tim Cairns, Hazel Cash, Courtney Campbell, Nicole Campbell, Janice Channing, Annalise Galbraith, Isla Gambles, Claire Gaw, Philip Gaw, Lynette Gawn, David Glass, Sophie Glass, Chloe Hannah, Holly Kearney, Laura Kearney, Anthony Kelly, Joanne Kelly, Jonathan Lyttle, Laura Martin, Alistair McDonald, Racheal McFarland, Robert McGonigle, Simon McGonigle, Ali McKay, Cameron McKay, Clara McKay, Gary McKay, Robert Moffett, Josh Morris, Simon Mowbray, Linda Neely, Caitlin Nicholl, Kadie Orr, Leanne Peacock, Gordon Porter, Jessica Porter, Julie Porter, Stephen Porter, Andrew Purdy, Stephen Rankin, Sharon Rees, Kathryn Robinson, Ken Robson, Lorraine Scott, Sharon Thompson, Jessica Warwick, Matthew Warwick, Alissa Williamson.
