50 Cent hits out at Madonna after singer posts video of her drinking from dog’s bowl

Madonna is facing a backlash for posting a clip of her drinking from a dog’s bowl on Instagram.

In recent months, the 64-year-old has been sharing quirky photos and videos on her Instagram and TikTok, sparking concern from fans.

In May, Madonna was banned from Instagram Live for breaking community guidelines and in November the singer hit back at Instagram for removing a photo of her exposed nipple.

Now, her latest Instagram post has fans asking what has happened to Madonna, with rapper 50 Cent commenting and reigniting their feud.

On Wednesday, the Material Girl singer shared a slideshow of snaps of her posing in a garage.

But fans were taken aback when the slideshow cut to a video of her drinking from a dog’s bowl – soundtracked by The Stooges’ song I Wanna Be Your Dog.

The post quickly accumulated critical comments from Madonna’s followers who called the post “embarrassing” and “not a good look”.

One Instagram user said: “It’s not easy to be your fan anymore. You were an icon, sadly now without style.”

Meanwhile, another commented: “Please give it a rest…. It’s not a good look.”

Rapper 50 Cent, who has been in a feud with Madonna, shared an article on Madonna to his Instagram story and said: “I told y’all grandma was on bulls**! Like a virgin at 64. LOL.”

The rapper first criticised the singer in late 2021, when he suggested that she was too old to be posting provocative photos.

Madonna claimed that 50 Cent was trying to humiliate her and the rapper later apologised.

However, the Like a Prayer singer hit back at the rapper in a video in which she called his apology fake.

While Madonna hasn’t officially responded to the backlash, on Thursday she shared a video on TikTok of herself lip syncing to a sound that says: “I would like to apologise to absolutely nobody.

“The only mistake I made was being too iconic. So keep fantasising. I’m not apologising.”
