Such is the intensity of this season's title race that one Tynecastle slip-up feels as if it might cost Rangers big-time - even at this stage of the season.

All smiles for Alfredo
If there's one thing that could give Rangers the impetus to bounce back with a win, it's the reintroduction of Alfredo Morelos. He'll return from suspension to face County and doesn't he half look pleased to be back in amongst it. The striker missed clashes with St Mirren and Hearts but he's scored in more games than he hasn't this season and you get the feeling Steven Gerrard will be very grateful to have him back.
Welcome back
After a loan move to Rotherham that initially promised much but ultimately proved to be ill-fated, Jake Hastie reported for Rangers training on Tuesday for the first time since heading south in the summer. He was greeted with a handshake from the manager who welcomed him back into the squad as if he'd never been gone, and he'll be keen to prove he can still make his mark at Ibrox.
It's a squad game
If Rangers are to realise their dreams this season then they'll need their whole squad to do it. Fringe stars such as Hastie, Greg Docherty and Matt Polster flanked Sunday's stand-in captain Connor Goldson as the squad warmed up to be put through their paces, and they were as keen as anyone to catch their boss' eye and work their way into his plans for Wednesday.
Tav's return
Here's another man who's happy to be back. Captain James Tavernier returned to training after a brief spell on the sidelines, having last featured in that win over Celtic at Parkhead. His side have missed his leadership and his potent attacking threat from the right, and while he may not be up to speed just yet, it's a big boost for the club to see him back on the training ground and with the ball at his feet.
Eyes on the prize
That will be the message from Gerrard, who watched on with a steely gaze and the suggestion of a smile on his lips as his players gave him what he was looking for on the training ground. Having tasted league defeat for just the second time this season, that's already two times too many for the man more determined than any to bring the league title back to the club who have missed it so desperately.
