The Arizona Cardinals were back on the field Saturday afternoon in training camp for their first practice following their preseason opener. They did not practice in pads.
What is there to know?
Players who sat out

Kliff Kingsbury told reporters that receiver Kevin White is still out and that reserve safety Josh Shaw injured his shoulder in the preseason game.
Both sat out of practice, which was expected, as did linebacker Haason Reddick and guard Justin Pugh.
Additionally, starting tackles D.J. Humphries and Marcus Gilbert also sat out. They might have been days off for them, so it will have to be asked on Sunday. Rees Odhiambo and Korey Cunningham practiced with the first-team offense in their place.
Running back D.J. Foster also sat out. Coming off a torn ACL from last preseason, he has had a couple of scheduled days off, so it might have been that.
Cornerback Byron Murphy practiced in individual drills but did not do anything with the offense going against the defense. He missed the preseason opener with a foot injury.
Finally, there was no Darius Philon.
Budda Baker left practice

Baker appeared to have suffered some sort of an injury in practice and left early, giving Rudy Ford some first-team snaps. According to Kyle Odegard, he suffered a foot or leg injury.
It will be something to watch in the next few days.
Murray interceptions

Murray was picked off twice in practice. The first time he was intercepted by Budda Baker, when it appeared he was trying to make a challenging throw. The second was by Patrick Peterson on a play where it appeared he expected the receiver to make a move back towards the ball.
Starter reps for Allen

With Darius Philon’s status up in the air following his arrest on Friday, third-round pick Zach Allen moved up into the first-team defense on Saturday.
Standout moments

Trent Sherfield had a good practice, twice getting long catches, including a touchdown catch where he beat Deatrick Nichols.
Damiere Byrd hauled in a beauty of a long pass from Kyler Murray.
Rookie defensive lineman Michael Dogbe was in the backfield a lot when he was on the field.
Tramaine Brock, covering Larry Fitzgerald, make a very nice play to break up a pass in his direction.
