The Tennessee Titans were largely counted out against the top-seeded Baltimore Ravens before the game even started, as many believed the team was simply outmatched by do-everything quarterback Lamar Jackson.
But they shocked the nation and left M&T Bank Stadium with a dominant 28-12 win, taking the momentum early on and never really allowing the Ravens to get their feet under them.
The Titans played true complementary football all night long, delivering strong performances on both sides of the ball.
Here are five players who particularly stood out on the victory no one saw coming.
1. QB Ryan Tannehill.

It’s easy to argue that Tannehill looked more like Lamar Jackson looked like himself on Saturday night.
The quarterback showed hustle, extending plays with his legs and recording one rushing touchdown.
He was 7-of-14 passing on the night for 88 yards and two touchdowns.
2. RB Derrick Henry.

What can’t Derrick Henry do?
The former Alabama standout unsurprisingly finished the game as the team’s leading rusher with 30 carries for 195 yards, but also threw a jump pass for a touchdown to wide receiver Corey Davis.
3. S Kevin Byard.

The Ravens were driving hard on their first possession, but Byard brought that to a halt by intercepting Jackson and returning it for 31 yards — which was only fitting considering his jersey number.
Byard posted 11 tackles along with the takeaway on the night.
4. S Kenny Vaccaro.

Vaccaro had just one interception on the 2019 season until Saturday night, when he handed Jackson his second and final pick of the game at the bottom of the third quarter.
Vaccaro ended the night with five solo tackles to go with the interception.
5. Offensive line.

Saturday night marked a solid performance all-around for the unit, with Tannehill being sacked just one time and opening run lanes for Henry against a tough Ravens defense. The O-line has certainly come a long way from the start of the season, and they’ll need to stay consistent as just one game now stands between the Titans and a Super Bowl appearance.
