The end of the week has arrived and we look around the NFC West to see what is going on with the Arizona Cardinals’ division rivals. What about the Seattle Seahawks in this dead part of the offseason?
Here are some stories to know about.
Rashaad Penny getting more carries?
Chris Carson was the No. 1 back last year but Penny is getting more work in the offseason. Unfortunately, if you are into fantasy football, you won’t know who is the clear-cut No. 1 back. Pete Carroll plans on using both.
Madden ratings out
The rookie Seahawks have their Madden ratings. They range from a 76 (WR DK Metcalf) to a 63 overall. Metcalf has a higher rating than any of the Cardinals rookies.
Single-game ticket registration begins
The Cardinals have not yet begun to sell single-game tickets. The Seahawks are beginning the process. That doesn’t necessarily mean anything for Cardinals fans, though, other than the fact this info is surely coming soon for their team.
Seahawks have tough schedule
The Seahawks do not have an easy schedule in 2019. In fact, they have the toughest schedule in the NFC West, which might seem odd because they play a second-place schedule.
Of course, the difference is they will play the Rams twice and the Rams don’t play themselves. They play the Seahawks twice, who had a worse record in 2018.

Just how good is Russell Wilson? He comes in as the 18th-greatest QB of all time. In comparison, Kurt Warner was No. 20.
