Tyler Lockett moving away from return duties

With Tyler Lockett expected to have an expanded role as a receiver, he likely will no longer be the primary punt or kick returner. A guy to watch to replace Lockett as a returner is J.D. McKissic, who has gotten offseason work at the positions.

Seahawks predicted to miss postseason in 2019

Despite a long run of success, the Seahawks are undergoing major changes. They no longer have any member of their dominant secondary. They no longer have Frank Clark or Doug Baldwin. And while Russell Wilson is great, one prediction says Seattle will miss the playoffs this season.

Seattle fans like to think they are among the league’s best. However, a recent study shows otherwise. The fan base is ranked only 15th overall.

Potential breakout seasons for 2 Seahawks

As the season approaches, people will make predictions about who will have breakout seasons. Two players for the Seahawks have been brought up. One is running back Rashaad Penny. Mike Davis is gone so Penny will share the offensive load at running back with Chris Carson. Another, on defense, is cornerback Shaquill Griffin. He had a down year last year after playing well as a rookie.

Russell Wilson doing great community work

Wilson isn’t making plays on the field right now, as it is the offseason. He is, though, making plays away from the field. In community work partnered with his foundation, he awarded eight high school graduates $100,000 in scholarship money.
