With the conclusion of another week in the offseason, we take our typical trip around the NFC West to see what is going on with the Arizona Cardinals’ division rivals. Next up are the Seattle Seahawks.
What is the to know about the last week with the Seahawks?
Bobby Wagner part of the 99 club

We have already declared Wagner the best linebacker of the division. He gets an even better honor. He is one of only four players in the NFL to get a perfect 99 overall rating in the new Madden game coming out next month.
Seahawks O-line ranked in lower half of league

In our divisional rankings, we put the Seahawks offensive line ahead of only the Cardinals. They do not get national love, either. In Pro Football Focus’ rankings of all 32 teams’ offensive lines, Seattle came in only 23rd. That, of course, is better than the Cardinals, who ranked 30th.
DK Metcalf a top Rookie of the Year candidate

The Cardinals have a top rookie candidate to be the Offensive Rookie of the Year. Of course, that is quarterback Kyler Murray. Seattle has one of the favorites as well. That would be their rookie receiver, DK Metcalf.
Doug Baldwin will be missed on and off the field

One day, the Arizona Cardinals will know what it means to be without their veteran leader and top receiver Larry Fitzgerald. The Seahawks are going through that on a smaller scale, as Baldwin has retired. He wasn’t the player Fitz has been in his career, but he will be missed badly on and off the field.
Another stat that shows Russell Wilson’s dominance

Cardinals fans know all too well how great Wilson, the Seahawks’ franchise quarterback is. There is yet another stat that shows how good he is good, as he completely shredded zone defenses in 2018.
