ARLINGTON, Texas_Pinch hitter Carlos Gonzalez had a bases-loaded double in a five-run eighth inning, and the Colorado Rockies overcame another meltdown by their bullpen in a 12-9 victory over the Texas Rangers.
The Rangers scored four in the seventh to take a 9-7 lead, a rally that was jump-started by back-to-back homers by Adrian Beltre and Mitch Moreland to start the inning.
Jake Diekman and Matt Bush surrendered the lead. Bush walked David Dahl with two outs to bring in the trying run, and Gonzalez followed with a liner that rolled to the wall in left-center field.
Rougned Odor hit a two-run homer and had an RBI triple as the Rangers' five-game winning streak was snapped.
