After the conclusion of another week in the offseason, it is time to complete our trip around the NFC West to see what is new with the Arizona Cardinals’ division rivals. Our next look is at the Los Angeles Rams.
What is new with the Rams in the last week?
Aaron Donald part of the 99 club on Madden

The NFC West has some great defenders. We know Aaron Donald is the division’s best interior defender. He is arguably the best player in the NFL. Now he is one of only four players in the league to get the coveted 99 overall rating in the new Madden game. He joins Seahawks linebacker Bobby Wagner as the other NFC West defender to get it.
Rams’ offensive arsenal unsurprisingly ranked No. 1

The Cardinals were ranked in the 20s with their current offensive arsenal, according to ESPN. The Rams, who have top players at multiple positions like Jared Goff, Todd Gurley and Brandin Cooks, have the top-ranked group. This is no surprise.
Strength and conditioning coach acquitted

Rams strength and conditioning coach Ted Rath had been away from his duties while he was going through legal proceedings. He was accused of sexual battery. This last week, he was acquitted of all charges. It is not yet known whether or not he will return to take over his duties with the team.
Rams optimistic for pairing of Littleton, Kiser

The Rams lost Mark Barron in the middle of the defense but had a bright surprise in Cory Littleton last season, as he piled up tackles and was great in coverage. Micah Kiser now is expected to play next to Littleton and this pairing is exciting for the Rams, as their skills should complement each other perfectly.
Todd Gurley won’t change running style

Gurley’s knee continues to be a subject of concern and discussion in the offseason. People wonder how much he will play. Can he handle a full load? One thing he insists is he will not change his running style to potentially help his knee.
