Run by a self-proclaimed PiEvangelist, this metro Atlanta shop is all about seasonal, locally sourced ingredients: strawberries and rhubarb in spring, peaches and berries in summer, pumpkin and apples in the fall. Their signature Georgia pecan pies are available year-round, fortunately, in maple or chocolate bourbon.

The downtown Hyatt Regency’s Sway serves up a nightly all-you-can-pie buffet. Their pastry chef makes at least five full-size pies, three mini pies and assorted pie-in-a-glass parfaits like s’mores and mango yuzu. It even comes with ice cream, delicately flavoured with honey from the hotel’s rooftop hives.
