Throughout the offseason we’ve been compiling position previews for the 49ers’ 90-man roster. They’ve changed here and there as San Francisco has tweaked their roster, but overall they’ll still provide a quick rundown of each player that’ll be participating in training camp.
We went through every player at each position group to provide a little context for where they came from, where they stand on the 90-man roster, and what camp holds in store for them.
Some years there are a ton of players on the 90-man roster with no shot at making the team, but this year the 49ers have enough holes up and down the roster with enough uncertainty at some positions that it’ll be worth following along throughout camp to see if any names that are toward the bottom of the depth chart to start practices make their way up the board.
