The San Francisco 49ers will have two backup tackles starting Thursday night when they face the Arizona Cardinals. Right tackle Mike McGlinchey was ruled out of the game with a knee injury on the final injury report but left tackle Joe Staley was doubtful.
He is among the 49ers’ inactive players.

- CB Ahkello Witherspoon
- FB Kyle Juszczyk
- T Mike McGlinchey
- T Joe Staley
- DL Julian Taylor
With no Staley or McGlinchey, they will likely go with Justin Skule at left tackle and Daniel Brunskill at right tackle as they did last week against the Carolina Panthers.
They will be tasked with blocking the Cardinals’ Chandler Jones, who has 8.5 sacks on the season, and Terrell Suggs.
Emmanuel Moseley will likely start at cornerback in place of Witherspoon.
