49ers highlights: Jimmy Garoppolo finds George Kittle for 2nd TD pass

Jimmy Garoppolo threw for just 47 yards and a touchdown in the first half Monday night against the Browns. He opened the third quarter with 76 yards and a touchdown on a nine-play, 90-yard drive to put the 49ers ahead 28-3 early in the second half.
