49ers final injury report: Matt Breida, Raheem Mostert questionable vs. Cardinals

The Arizona Cardinals are expected to be without their two top running backs on Thursday when they take on the San Francisco 49ers. San Francisco could be without two of their top backs.

They released the final injury report of the week and both Matt Breida and Raheem Mostert are officially questionable for the game, leaving Tevin Coleman to shoulder the offensive load.

Breida has an ankle injury and Mostert is dealing with a knee injury. Both were limited on Wednesday after not participating on Tuesday.

The Niners ruled out three players and have one player doubtful.

Out

  • FB Kyle Juszczyk (knee)
  • OL Mike McGlinchey  (knee)
  • CB Akhiello Witherspoon (foot)

Doubtful

  • OL Joe Staley (fibula)

Staley was originally targeting this game to returning the starting lineup, but coach Kyle Shanahan said that, with only doing walkthroughs for practice, made it unlikely he would play because he hasn’t had enough live work.

Questionable

  • RB Matt Breida (ankle)
  • RB Raheem Mostert (knee)
  • TE Levine Toilolo (groin)

All three were limited on Monday, did not participate Tuesday and were limited Wednesday.
