45-year-old man found dead within Murano Street flat in Ruchill

A 45-year-old man has been found dead within a flat in Murano Street in Glasgow's Ruchill area.

Police made the sad discovery last night.

A post-mortem examination is due to take place, while police say they aren't treating the death as suspicious at this time.

A Police Scotland spokesperson confirmed: "Around 6.30 pm on Sunday, 3 May, 2020, a 45-year-old man was found dead within a flat in Murano Street, Ruchill, Glasgow.

“A post mortem examination will take place in due course to establish the exact cause of death which police are not treating as suspicious at this time.

“A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.”
