A 400 home housing estate is supporting 110 jobs during its construction.
Miller Homes is building the new homes in Kedleston Road, Allestree, on the outskirts of Derby.
Work on Kedleston Grange began last August, with the first phase comprising 151 homes.
When complete, the development will have 400 properties, including a selection of two, three, four and five-bedroom houses, and one and two-bedroom apartments.
Construction is providing employment for a wide range of workers including electricians, plumbers, joiners, scaffolders and bricklayers.
Alastair Parsons, area sales director for Miller Homes Midlands, said: “Working with the local community is a key part of any new neighbourhood we launch.
“For us, it’s not just about bringing new homes to the area, it’s also about having the opportunity to provide employment for skilled local tradespeople and doing our bit to support the regions we build in through investment in local services and education such as The Ecclesbourne School.

Miller Homes announced in autumn last year that it is investing more than £3 million into local services on the back of the development, including Markeaton Park and the Ecclesbourne School.
