The Arizona Cardinals held an early practice on Wednesday. If you were unable to go, here are a few things you missed, as observed by those who were in attendance.
Less passing in practice

ESPN’s Josh Weinfuss has been tracking Kyler Murray’s passing stats in practice. He passed less than in other practices, as Weinfuss notes they worked on the running game more than in previous practices. I saw this too on Sunday.
Murray throws pick-6

Murray threw an interception on his second passing attempt and it got taken back for a touchdown. It was inside linebacker Jordan Hick who got him.
He bounced right back, though, and followed it up with a great pass to Damiere Byrd.
A jet sweep appearance

It had not made an appearance in any plays in training camp previously, but they brought it out. Andy Isabella ran a jet/fly sweep, something that has to figure to be part of their offensive repertoire, especially considering the speed and quickness the second-round receiver has.
Brooks Reed hurt again?

Reed began training camp on PUP with a hip injury. He was activated over the weekend but apparently suffered some sort of injury on Wednesday. He was seen leaving the field with a trainer.
