With the first week of fantasy football now over, managers are either looking to build a winning streak following a victory in Week 1 or they are looking to get in the win column after suffering a loss.
The tight end position remains an unstable group for the most part in fantasy football and for those implementing the streaming method from week to week, there are some viable options to look at potentially on the waiver wire.
Here are four tight ends to stream in Week 2 of fantasy football:

Greg Olsen — Carolina Panthers — 60.4% rostered (ESPN)
It isn’t a pretty play, and there are likely higher upside options on the waiver wire, but Olsen is coming off of a Week 1 performance that saw him garner nine targets from Cam Newton. That’s not easy volume to come by at the tight end position.
Though Newton didn’t look like his normal self in Week 1, it is clear that Olsen will reprise his role as the safety blanket on the offense. There is some risk given a back injury that’s bothering him, but Olsen could be a fine play against a lowly Buccaneers defense.

Darren Waller — Oakland Raiders — 55.2% rostered (ESPN)
There is a high chance that Waller isn’t available anymore on waivers after a studly performance in Week 1 against the Denver Broncos. He caught seven of eight targets for 70 yards during Monday Night Football and garnered an impressive 31% target share in the passing game.
If Waller is available and you need tight end help, scoop him up and plug him into the lineup. Given the vacated targets that left town with Antonio Brown, Waller could be an option that keeps you from having to stream the position each week.
He finds himself in another strong matchup against the Kansas City Chiefs, which is likely to mean plenty of passing volume.

Tyler Eifert — Cincinnati Bengals — 10.8% rostered (ESPN)
This is where it gets really ugly. The tight end landscape is difficult to navigate toward the bottom of the position. We’ve seen what Eifert can do when healthy. He’s a red-zone machine and can have week-winning games. He appears healthy and while five targets is nothing to write home about, he should continue to see consistent usage in the passing game.
The Bengals are keeping him from blocking a ton, which limits his snap count, but Eifert could be a viable option to stream if you’re simply looking for touchdown upside.
The Bengals have a solid matchup at home against the San Francisco 49ers.

Vernon Davis — Washington Redskins — 3.6% rostered (ESPN)
If you’re truly desperate for a tight end streamer, Davis could be a target as long as Jordan Reed continues to miss time with a concussion. If the latter returns, Davis shouldn’t be considered.
As that is up in the air during the middle of the week, Davis could be a viable streaming option given how much he dominated the tight end targets in Week 1. There aren’t a lot of options for the Redskins to target in the passing game, but Davis will be there if Reed is out.
The Redskins host the Dallas Cowboys in Week 2 with the latter allowing 11 receptions for 116 yards and a touchdown to Evan Engram in the regular-season opener.
