4-star point guard chooses between Georgia and Iowa State

Sahvir Wheeler, the four-star point guard out of Houston Christian High School has made his commitment decision.

The No. 94 player in the 2019 class and No. 6 overall point guard is headed to Georgia.

Wheeler is listed at 5’8″ but was awarded the VYPE player of the year for private school basketball this season.

He now joins Coach Tom Crean’s loaded recruiting class including Anthony Edwards, Christian Brown, Jaykwon Walton and Toumani Camara in Athens after verbally committing to the Bulldogs on Monday.
