BENGALURU: Four people were arrested on cricket betting charges in two cases at Majestic and Rajajinagar on Friday.
In the first case, the suspects placed illegal bets during an IPL match between Kings XI Punjab and Kolkata Knight Riders.
Efforts are on to nab three more suspects. In the second case, a duo was arrested in Rajajinagar for allegedly betting during a Lucknow Super Giants-Chennai Super Kings match.
The accused are Prashanth and Santosh. Police seized Rs 3.1 lakh cash and two phones from them.
