Suri Cruise’s Custom Playhouse
For her daughter Suri’s sixth Christmas in 2012, Katie Holmes reportedly spent $24,000 on a custom playhouse, complete with electricity, water, an eat-in kitchen, a sun room and a media room, according to Huffington Post. Jennifer Lopez’s Jewel-Encrusted Toilet Seat
During their first go at a relationship, Ben Affleck gifted Jennifer Lopez a jewel-encrusted toilet seat worth $105,000 for Christmas, CheatSheet reported. The toilet seat, which is said to have been partially designed by Affleck, contained rubies, diamonds, emeralds and pearls. His reasoning was that he considered Jennifer his “princess” and wanted her to have the best of everything, including toilets.
Jay-Z’s Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport
Granted, this one is not technically a Christmas gift, but maybe it doubled as one due to the price tag. For his 41st birthday in December 2010, Beyonce gifted Jay-Z a Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport with a maximum speed of over 250 miles per hour and a near-$2 million price tag, according to Boombox. She reportedly had to put in her order for the lighting-fast vehicle a year in advance because of the detailed manufacturing process, per PageSix.
Brad Pitt’s Waterfall
Back in 2011, when Brangelina were still a thing, Angelina Jolie gave Brad Pitt his very own waterfall, PageSix reported. Her inspiration for the gift was Pitt’s adoration for Frank Lloyd Wright’s home “Fallingwater,” which he visited in 2006.
Wright’s home is built over a waterfall, and Angelina’s thought was for Pitt to build his own version of the home to go with the waterfall she gave him. Although the price tag is unreported, it was likely expensive.
