When it comes to late-round picks in the NFL draft, a great way to approach them is to look at one of two factors. Since most of them are long shots to make the team, why not take guys who either have some crazy athletic traits or were highly productive in college? Here are four late-round guys who might not be big needs for the Steelers but could really thrive in Pittsburgh.

Active inside linebacker who have elite length for the position and natural athleticism.

All the measurables you look for in a developmental offensive tackle and some strong footwork and hand usage.
DT PJ Mustipher, Penn State
Massive interior tackle with a wide base and exceptional center of gravity. Lack of burst hurts his stock but he’s a born run stopper.
