4 games to watch during Broncos’ bye week

The Denver Broncos are on bye in Week 10 and get an extra week to enjoy their victory over the Cleveland Browns. But the NFL moves on and as football fans, we still need something to watch.

Taking the best game from each time slot, here are some games to watch during the week off for the Broncos.

With the Oakland Raiders and Los Angeles Chargers playing on Thursday night, the Kansas City Chiefs are the only AFC West team in action on Sunday.

Patrick Mahomes, who was injured against the Broncos, will return in Week 10 against the Tennessee Titans. He will end up missing just two and a half games with a dislocated knee.

The Titans are a solid opponent that has given the Chiefs problems before. Did Mahomes return a bit early or will he be back to his old self? This will be a good game to watch for a variety of reasons.

2. Carolina at Green Bay, 2:25 p.m. MT

This will be a game between two playoff contenders in the NFC.

The Green Bay Packers will be looking to bounce back after an ugly loss to the Chargers last week but they’ll have to fend off the Carolina Panthers, who bring a legitimate MVP candidate in Christian McCaffrey into Lambeau Field.

3. Minnesota at Dallas

Another game between two solid NFL teams will conclude the weekend as the Dallas Cowboys host the Minnesota Vikings on Sunday Night Football.

The Vikings have been clicking on all cylinders of late but the Cowboys are 3-1 at home and are looking to stay atop the NFC East.

4. Seattle at San Francisco

Not that long ago, the rivalry between the Seattle Seahawks and San Francisco 49ers was arguably the best in the NFL. The two teams take center stage on Monday Night Football in what could be the game of the week.

The 49ers are the league’s only remaining undefeated team but the Seahawks have Russell Wilson, who might be the NFL MVP if the season ended right now.

This should be a tough, hard-hitting game and one that NFL fans will really enjoy.
