Euro summer is well and truly in full swing, and as someone who jets off in just a matter of weeks, I am officially counting down the hours. Yep, I’m about to have my very first European holiday, and you best believe I am going to be insufferably posting about it on Instagram. If you don’t want to see a photo of a half-eaten plate of pasta captioned with some kinda pun, mute me now.
Aside from sipping my first authentic Aperol Spritz, I’ve only got one thing on my mind: packing the perfect bag. I’ve been trawling everything from TikTok to Pinterest to find the absolute best fashion finds to load my luggage with. So, if you’re also trying to look effortlessly chic on the Amalfi Coast or the beaches of Mallorca, consider me your seasonal saviour. Footwear for Europe requires a masterclass in blending high style with the physical trauma of walking 20,000 steps a day on ancient cobblestones. You’re going to need a few options, so we suggest packing a holy trinity: mesh ballet flats, retro slim sneakers, and a trusty pair of chunky leather sandals.
