4 days of lane closures along A610 which could disrupt traffic as major works take place

Traffic is likely to be disrupted because of lane closures so work can take place on the A610 in Nottinghamshire.

From 7pm on May 27 until midnight lane closures will be in place on the road between junction 26 of the M1 and the Nuthall Roundabout.

The temporary eastbound and westbound closures have been announced so verge and central reservation maintenance work can take place.

It follows work elsewhere on the road this month to install a telephone mast.

Meanwhile, there'll also be a temporary eastbound lane closure on the A610 Kimberley / Eastwood Bypass from the Langley Mill Interchange to the Ikea Roundabout.

This will be in place from 9.30am to 3pm on Tuesday, May 25, to allow for the same works.

A westbound lane closure on the same stretch between the same hours the following day will also be in place.

From 9.30am until 3.30pm a lane will be closed eastbound on Friday, May 28, on the Kimberley / Eastwood Bypass from the Ikea Roundabout to the M1 Junction 26 Roundabout.

From 6am to 10.30am on Saturday, May 29, lanes east and westbound will be shut on the A610 Nuthall Bypass from the Nuthall Roundabout to Phoenix Park.

The following day between 6am and 11.30pm there'll be a westbound lane closure on the Kimberley / Eastwood Bypass from the M1 junction 26 roundabout to the Ikea Roundabout.
