4 cars hit by gunfire on Central Florida interstate, days after 15 cars damaged by air gun

ORLANDO, Fla. _ Four vehicles were damaged by gunfire Monday along Interstate 4 in Orange and Osceola counties, after more than a dozen vehicles were struck last week in Central Florida.

Monday's shootings happened about 5 a.m. on a stretch of I-4 near the Osceola County line, the Orange County Sheriff's Office said.

Last week, at least 15 vehicles were shot _ likely by a BB or pellet gun _ on I-4 and Interstate 95 from Seminole County north to St. John's County. The projectiles left dings and shattered windows.

The Orange County Sheriff's Office has not said if Monday's shootings are related to those last week.

A photo provided by the agency shows one car with an apparent bullet hole in its door.

No injuries have been reported in any of the shootings.
