4 booked in Lucknow for fund fraud at RMLIMS

LUCKNOW: Chief medical superintendent (CMS) of Ram Manohar Lohia Institute of Medical Sciences (RMLIMS), Rajan Bhatnagar has lodged a case of criminal breach of trust against the agents of an outsourcing company manning the cash collection work at the hospital.

Those named in the case are Vivek Kumar Singh and Akash, both of New Delhi, deployed at the patient registration counter at RMLIMS by the outsourcing firm Sudarshan Facilities, New Delhi, and two officials Ashish Kumar Gupta and Ravi Prakash Verma of the company. In his complaint, the CMS said the above-named employees embezzled the money they collected from several patients between February 1 and February 20, 2022.

ADCP, east zone, Qasim Abidi, said an FIR has been registered on the charges of criminal breach of trust.
