The San Francisco 49ers will be without several players on Sunday when they take on the Arizona Cardinals. As a result, other players will have the opportunity to step up and make an impact on the game.
Here are some who could stand out against the Cardinals.
WR Deebo Samuel

Tight end George Kittle is out and receiver Emmanuel Sanders might not. Even if he does, he will be very limited. That will make Samuel QB Jimmy Garoppolo’s top target. In the 49ers’ loss to the Seattle Seahawks, Samuel had a career-high eight receptions for 112 yards.
RB Tevin Coleman

With Matt Breida, the team’s leading rusher, unlikely to play, that leaves Coleman as the main back on offense. He is capable of having big games, as he had 105 rushing yards on only 11 carries against the Carolina Panthers.
Expect the Niners to give him the ball a lot.
LB Fred Warner

Warner is now the signal-caller for the 49ers on defense now that Kwon Alexander is out for the rest of the season. He stood out against the Seahawks with 10 tackles, two for loss and a forced fumble. He will be the defensive fill-in player to watch.
TE Ross Dwelley

Dwelley has not produced much, but he will be the top tight end with George Kittle out. It is important to note how productive tight ends have been against the Cardinals this season, so no one should be surprised if Dwelley has a big game.
