NEW DELHI: Rookie Australian spinner Matthew Kuhnemann playing just his second Test took a career best 5/16 as India were bundled out for a paltry 109 in their first innings on the first day of the third Test in Indore on Wednesday.
The hosts who opted to bat first after winning the toss were shot out inside two sessions.
The highest run scorer for India was Virat Kohli, with 22.
This is now India’s fourth lowest Test total against Australia at home after 104 in Mumbai (2004) and 105 and 107 in Pune (2017).
