39 new cases push Jharkhand's Covid-19 tally to 3,46,885

RANCHI: Jharkhand's Covid-19 tally rose to 3,46,885 on Saturday as 39 more people tested positive for the infection, a health bulletin said. The state's coronavirus death toll remained unchanged at 5,122 as no fresh fatality was reported, it said.

East Singhbhum district registered the highest number of new cases at nine, followed by five in Ranchi.

The state now has 299 active cases, while 3,41,464 people have recovered from the disease so far.

The administration has tested 61,196 samples for Covid-19 in the last 24 hours, it added.
