RAJKOT: On Tuesday, 319 new Covid positive cases were registered in Rajkot district, of which, 244 are from Rajkot city. A native of Porbandar, who was being treated at a hospital in Ahmedabad for cancer, succumbed to Covid infection.
Altogether 152 people tested Covid positive in Bhavnagar district, of whom, 136 are from the city including five students aged 17, 14, 10 and 13 years. Of the 136 cases in Bhavanagar, 34 had travel history. In Kutch, 121 people tested positive of Covid, while 129 tested positive in Jamnagar district. tnn
