A 30-year-old woman has been rescued by firefighters after getting stuck in a children’s play park.
A crew from Bridgend were called to help the woman, who had to be dislodged from a child’s swing, at Sarn Hill on Friday night.
South Wales Fire and Rescue Service freed her by dismantling the swing using hydraulic equipment, but it was then put back together.
It is understood she did not suffer any injuries.
There are around 40,000 injuries to children on playgrounds each year which result in a hospital visit, according to the Royal Society for the Prevention of Accidents.
