A hapless lover who has never had a girlfriend has set up a website to find the perfect woman.
Shahan Miah built the site from scratch because he says people using dating apps are not looking for love.
The 30-year-old has launched even launched his very own internet campaign with the hashtag #DateShahan.
He created the site after getting fed up of being single and searching for the love of his life.
Shahan, from Bristol, has even made a promotional video in which he talks about what he thinks makes him attractive.
He said: “I’ve never had a long term relationship or anything serious. I hate dating apps.
“They are all based on appearance rather than personality. They are just hook-up sites and only used for one night stands.
“I’ve had the odd fling but I’m looking for something more serious now.
“I wouldn’t say I’m desperate but I am looking for someone to settle down with.”
He launched dateshana.com last week - but has only had one woman get in touch so far.
Shahan added: “I have always been focused more on my career and I was fine with being single.
“But now I want someone to enjoy life with. I’m looking for a keeper.
“It only took me a couple of days to build the site. I know it’s quite bold but I have nothing to lose.”
