3 women hospitalized after vehicles crash into building in Beverly

Two vehicles crashed into a building July 3, 2019 in the 10200 block of South Western Avenue.

Three women were hospitalized Wednesday after a crash sent two vehicles into a building in Beverly on the South Side.

About 3:30 p.m., a 69-year-old woman trying to exit a parking lot crashed into another vehicle as she was trying to merge westbound into traffic in the 2300 block of West 103rd Street, Chicago police said. Both vehicles went careening into a building in the 10200 block of South Western Avenue.

The woman and her 62-year-old passenger were both taken to Little Company of Mary Hospital in Evergreen Park, as was the 54-year-old driver of the other vehicle, police said. All three women were stabilized.

It was not immediately known whether citations will be issued, police said.
