Pete Prisco over at CBS Sports put together his top-100 players heading into the 2019 NFL season.
The Vikings had three players on the list. Safety Harrison Smith ranked 44th, wide receiver Adam Thielen ranked 84th and Danielle Hunter ranked 95th.
Notable players missing from the list include wide receiver Stefon Diggs, quarterback Kirk Cousins, linebacker Anthony Barr, defensive tackle Linval Joseph and cornerback Xavier Rhodes.
Diggs and Rhodes were in the “just missed” section of the list.
As for the rest of the NFC North, the Packers had five players, the Bears had four and the Lions had two.
These lists are always somewhat interesting but don’t really mean a lot. But when it’s June 22, NFL content is tough to come by.
