3 vehicles worth £150k stolen from Nottinghamshire business

Plant machinery worth around £150k has reportedly been stolen from a Nottinghamshire business.

Police investigating the incident said they were called this morning after workers at the site reported three heavy plant machinery vehicles had been taken from the commercial premises in Cotgrave.

Officers are now calling for information and witnesses as part of their inquiries into the burglary.

It is believed that the machinery was taken from a business property in Colliers Way overnight on 25 – 26 November.

Inspector Craig Berry, of Nottinghamshire Police, said: “This is a serious incident that has seen three vehicles stolen from a business.

“It appears the offenders broke a locked gated at the site before gaining entry and we currently believe that the incident may have happened at around 4am this morning.

“I’d ask that anyone who has any information or witnessed the incident to get in touch as soon as possible on 101 quoting incident number 76 of 26 November 2020.”
