Three people were shot, one fatally, inside a home Wednesday in Gresham on the South Side.
About 5:05 a.m. police responded to calls of three people shot inside a home in the 8000 block of South Stewart Avenue, and found a 29-year-old man unresponsive on the living room floor, according to Chicago police. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
The Cook County medical examiner’s office has not released details about his death.
A 20-year-old woman was shot in the leg and taken to St. Bernard’s Hospital in good condition, police said.
An 18-year-old man took himself to Trinity Hospital, police said. His condition is unknown.
Area Two detectives are investigating.
