The first two days of the NFL Draft have come and gone, and the Oakland Raiders have come away with four potential starters. However, the draft is not over as the Raiders have a significant haul of picks on Day 3.
Before the fourth-round kicks off, let’s take a look at a handful of names who could prove to be steals this late into the draft.
TE Foster Moreau, LSU

Foster Moreau is one of the most athletic tight ends in the draft and with his ability to block, it wouldn’t be a shock to see him contribute right away in the NFL. He’s got starting upside and the character the Raiders’ covet.
WR Hakeem Butler, Iowa State

Hakeem Butler has elite size and speed, but teams have been scared off due to his high number of drops. However, considering his upside and production at Iowa State, he’s worth a gamble anytime in the fourth round.
RB Bryce Love, Stanford

Before tearing his ACL, Stanford’s Bryce Love could have been a top-50 selection. With elite speed and production, Love could prove to be a value on Day 3. With Oakland already selecting Josh Jacobs, they may not be interested in choosing another running back. However, Love is too talented to be on the board this late.
